some hints on how to 2 and 3 draw--Start with a completely empty set of lungs and slowly fill them up through the 2 draw. Even if the note doesn't appear at the beginning of this 30 sec. inhale, concentrate on keeping it even and steady, and it may well show up towards the end.

relax your mouth and face. these notes have to be coaxed not forced. so saYS Jon Gindick in my little book. :-) This helped me when I was beginning. I'm still working on it.
