Baz, know what you mean. I always wanted to play blues but frankly have no ear. So I asked some (real musician) friends to form a blues band for my 50th party and I played on Clapton's "Before you accuse me" and the Blues Band's "Come on in". What a buzz. Since then, they've carried on (four of them used to be in a band years ago), the musical choice has broadened and I'm now playing a bit of Stones ("Not fade away"), the Bryan Ferry number mentioned before, "Love me do" (of course!) and working on a few more. This was completely unexpected but the buzz is still there and hope to keep playing as long as I'm enjoying it. I haven't anything I can play solo that would stand up to scrutiny but I might try to put a clip of one of the band's numbers on my profile. Cheers. Dougie
