I have just bought my first smart phone and was wondering which apps fellow Harp players find most useful and which are a waste of time and memory?
Thanks for sharing your opinion.

Hi Paul,
I just released my new app Harmonica training app HarpNinja, targeted at Beginner/Intermediate players.
Only for iPad/PC/OSX at the moment, with possibility of iPhone/android for a cut down version if the demand is there from people.

The 10 second summary is:
Learn harmonica faster!
Real time pitch recognition shows you what you play.
Play a game to learn Songs, Scales, & Riffs.
Interactive Circle of Fifths makes music theory easy.

You can read a recent review here: http://www.bluestime.it/harpninja.html
More detailed info is on the website http://harpninja.com along with free PC/OSX demos to try.

I'm about to do an update with a few more tunings (diminished, powerbender, New Suzuki Sub30) while I'm working on adding a bunch of new features and optimizing old ones.

If it works for you please also head on over to the HarpNinja support forum http://harpninja.com/smf/index.php
for bug reports, suggestions, or any other feedback. It's all good.

Happy Harping,
Paul Cohen aka Komuso Tokugawa
