Hey everyone. Aside from playing music, one of my passions is all things barbecue. When I started a few years ago, I tackled it with the same obsession and desire to learn that later went into learning to play the harmonica. I’ve learned some great stuff, and I love to share what I learn.

I have been watching a lot of Robert Rainforf lately and just love his "License to Grill" show. I do not take note of the meat he cooks though because they are totally out of my league, but I really make it a point to get a few added tips just to give it that extra additional taste to make it all great. A couple of episodes back, I liked the idea of having a sort of bag of spices which is supposed to give it extra hints of cinnamon, pepper and shaved wood.
