HarmonicaClub.com is a world wide community of members and non-members designed for the soul purpose of promoting the use of and education of the Harmonica. Harmonica Club.com is a non-profit organization and we need all the support we can get. All funds generated go into hosting costs, advertising and further development of the site.

Although we encourage everyone to become a paid member (which offers additional benefits). It was decided among the members that anyone who had put harmonica songs on the site prior to June 2002 would get free membership if they couldn't afford monthly subscriptions. If you are under the age of 13, please ask your parent/guardian to confirm your registration via email.

The Forum Boards, Message Center and Chat Rooms are provided by HarmonicaClub.com as informative, social, and entertaining community tools to its visitors and members for the purpose of advancing and education of its members and non-members harmonica skills. The rules and guidelines listed below are to be followed by all HarmonicaClub.com visitors and members to ensure respectful postings.

By using HarmonicaClub.com, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HarmonicaClub.com of any claims resulting from your usage of HarmonicaClub.com in the event of any damages to yourself or any party.

HarmonicaClub.com takes no responsibility for accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of any content or materials contained in all forum boards,  message center messages and chat rooms on HarmonicaClub.com. Any messages posted by the authors of the messages are not the opinion of HarmonicaClub.com and HarmonicaClub.com shall not be held liable for damages of any kind, to any party.

HarmonicaClub.com reserves the sole right to terminate or edit any message or contents thereof to its sole discretion without notice at any time of any users who fail to abide by these guidelines and Terms Of Use. Any member who violates any of the following TOU's may be subject to post removal, post editing, warning, or suspension.

The staff of HarmonicaClub.com and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for loss of messages or any inconvenience, inaccuracies or damages resulting from interruption, termination or malfunction of this service.

HarmonicaClub.com includes a free service as well as a paid membership for individual use by the internet community. By posting a message on HarmonicaClub.com you indicate that you understand and agree to the following:

There is zero tolerance for posting contact information about another member or non-member, including, but not limited to full name, telephone number, or address.

No spam of any nature will be allowed. (Spam can be considered as creating duplicate messages that sells or promotes the same thing, over and over on different message boards.)

Members / Visitors may not post messages promoting or defaming particular religious or political persuasions.

Messages created that contain pornography or adult-oriented content, promoting the use of illegal substances, expletives or inappropriate language, promoting illegal activity, racism, hate, "spam", mail fraud, pyramid schemes are not allowed at HarmonicaClub.com.

HarmonicaClub.com reserves the right to remove or modify any message posted without any reason or notice.

HarmonicaClub.com reserves the right to remove usernames or signatures that it deems to be provocative or inflammatory without any reason or notice.

Reporting of  previously deleted or edited posts or repeating a previously deleted or edited post is also in violation and cause for board suspension.

No advertisement of any kind will be accepted on HarmonicaClub.com message boards, except those created and added by HarmonicaClub.com staff.

Impersonating a HarmonicaClub.com Moderator, Staff Member, or other person or company related to HarmonicaClub.com will not be tolerated.

Messages directly insulting, defaming, or intimidating a specific person or group of persons is not allowed and will be edited and/or deleted at HarmonicaClub.com's discretion.

HarmonicaClub.com will not be held responsible for any message posted by any individual on any message board.

Canceling your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into PayPal.  If you cancel your subscription at the beginning or in the middle of a subscription term, a refund will not be issued for the unused portion. However your login name will remain active for the remainder of the subscription term.
