Hello to all, I just started playing the harp and it's really cool. Here comes my question. Is it possible to use the tongue blocking technique and bend the notes? Or is it only possible with the lip blocking technique? Anyway, this site is really cooland groovy.

Hey buddy
It is possible to bend notes using the tongue blocking technique however i have found it more difficult to do. I think if you are just starting out bending notes and you can do the lip blocking method then try that first to get familliar with the sound and then if you still want to then try it with the tongue blocking method.

yeah, i would like to hear an audio clip of bending also, i think it would help us who are just starting out to hear what this sounds like, i know in most albums where people play the harp they are bending, but it would be nice to have a sinlge short clip of one bending note
