Hi Rod, welcome to the club, I found this midi file for dirty old town
Now midis dont sound great at the best of times But I ran it in the Harping Midi programe and it tabbes out quite well, The tab looks like this if you raise the seventh track by one octave

-4 +5 +6 -7
-7 -6 +6 -7 +6 -4
-4 -7 -8 +8
+8 -8 -7 -6 +6 -7
-7 +8 -8 -7
-7 -6 +6 -7 +6 -4
-4 +5 +6 -7 -6
-6 +6 +5 -4 +5

You can also play on the first octave of your harp with a few bends
And you might find it easier to learn if you install the programe and play alomng with the midi

I menat to say that this wont give you the actual tab for the harmonica part played by the "pogues" but it will give you the melody line and you will be able to improvise oin this
